Reroute Surcharge Removed
Effective Tuesday, July 6th, the TCH #1 Reroute surcharge has been removed. Thank you again for your understanding on this matter.

Road Closure Update
Eastbound lanes have now been opened on the Trans Canada Highway #1. All Eastbound reroute surcharges have now been removed.

Trans Canada Highway #1 Road Closure / Detour surcharge
Due to the closure of the Trans Canada Highway #1, a Detour surcharge will be applied to shipments that are now required to be rerouted due to the closure. We are doing our best to ensure that the closure does not have any impact on transit times. We thank you in advance for your understanding in this matter. Canada Day
Tiger will be closed for Canada Day (Thursday, July 1st, 2010) at all branches and will resume regular operations on Friday, July 2nd, 2010.

OVER 100 New AB Points!!!
Tiger has added the over 100 new AB locations to our regular Service Points. Click Here to see the full listing of AB service points.

MB & SK Service Points Change - no more offline surcharges!
Starting July 15th, Tiger will no longer have any offline surcharges in Saskatchewan or Manitoba! Please be sure to check our updated points list, which shows these changes and any other changes that have been made.

AB5 Service Points Change - better service, better rates!
Tiger Courier has made changes in its service in the AB5 region in order to provide its customers with the best service possible. The following points have been moved from AB5 to AB2 which will allow for better service at a better rate!:

  • Acheson, AB
  • Beaumont, AB
  • Calmar, AB
  • Leduc, AB
  • Nisku, AB
  • Spruce Grove, AB
  • Stony Plain, AB
  • Winterburn, AB

Eastern Service Points Change - better service, better rates!
Tiger Courier has made changes in its service to the East in order to provide its customers with the best service possible. Some of the major changes that shippers will notice are:

  • Earlier Deliveries and later Pick Ups in the East
  • Several points in *ON2 have now been moved to ON1 which will allow for better service at the same rate or better! (Note: If you have shipments to or from ON2, please review these invoices for rate reductions. Tiger has made every effort to ensure that the ON2 customers affected by the change are now on ON1 rates, but should you have any questions regarding service or rates to these points, please call 1-888-844-3724 or email info@tigercourier.com)
  • No more beyond/offline surcharges for Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island)!

Every two weeks, Tiger Courier does an invoice run. This run consists of thousands of papers being printed. To help the environment and reduce the printing of paper, Tiger would like to strongly encourage companies to switch to a more environmentally friendly approach to invoices >> via electronic billing using email or fax.
